Douma has been my insurance advisor for years. With a wide range of insurance policies and years of experience, they always give me sound advice. Over the years, I've filed several claims with the insurer. I feel comfortable handing everything over to Douma, because everything is handled quickly and I'm constantly kept informed of developments. Recently, I had water damage in my kitchen/diner. I reported this damage to Douma as well and received full reimbursement from my insurer. Now I can choose a beautiful floor again :) In short: easy communication, always friendly, and the service is top-notch!
